With over 18 years of nursing experience across India and Australia, Baljinder brings deep clinical knowledge in Emergency, Oncology, and Cardiology. Her leadership roles include Clinical Nurse, Quality and Safety Officer, Nurse Educator, and Nursing Director. Having personally transitioned from India to Australia, she understands the challenges faced by internationally qualified nurses. As an OSCE examiner for AHPRA and sessional marker for academic programs, Baljinder offers firsthand insight into Australian nursing expectations.

Marina has 28 years of nursing experience across acute medical and intensive care settings. She has served as a Clinical Nurse, ICU Outreach, Nurse Educator, and After-Hours Nurse Manager. Her broad clinical and teaching background allows her to bring practical insight and empathy to every lesson. Passionate about fostering clinical excellence, Marina helps both domestic and internationally qualified nurses build confidence and adaptability to meet Australia’s evolving healthcare needs.
